| What we collect | Only what you enter into an enquiry or request-for-quotation form: your name, company, email address, telephone number where provided, and the details of the enquiry itself — line items, quantities, service and duty conditions, project name and required delivery date. |
| Why we collect it | To respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, and where an order follows, to fulfil it. We do not use enquiry data for marketing. |
| Who it is shared with | Enquiry information is not sold, rented or disclosed to third parties for their own purposes. Where a quotation requires input from a manufacturer or principal — for engineered items in particular — the technical requirement is passed to them so that they can price it. Your contact details are not passed on unless you ask us to introduce you directly. |
| How long we keep it | For as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting order, and thereafter for the period required to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations. You may ask us to delete your enquiry at any time. |
| Where it is stored | On our own server infrastructure. Enquiry submissions are also delivered to our company email so that they can be actioned. |
